Together with the ALD Automotive team, we tackled the challenge of digitising customer service processes. By successively creating and developing new functionalities for the customer zone, we helped build the ALD Automotive service hub: tyre change, booking a visit to the car service, vehicle return, damage and incident report, documents, contact. By digitising the company’s processes, we increased the group’s business efficiency and improved customer satisfaction.
Together with the DHL team, we designed a rerouting model with a strong focus on mobile services. We were able to familiarise users with all the available options in this module in a clear and simple way, especially the DHL Parcel pick-up points.
Uxeria worked with the Intersport team to develop a structured plan for the new e-commerce platform, which was intended to increase Intersport’s online share of business in five European markets. After extensive research (ethnographic studies, individual interviews, surveys) and a series of workshops, a general structured plan was developed, and in the next stage expanded into a UX design, UI, and system design for the Intersport e-commerce platform. The success exceeded all investor expectations, who, due to continuous growth, backed out of the further resale of the group. Our cooperation continues.
Together with The Heart, BMW Auto Fus and BNP Paribas, we created an e-commerce platform for car rental and purchase. The platform is dedicated to employees of selected corporations who have access to consolidated discount packages. The design and intuitive UX of the platform encouraged a significant number of dealers to introduce their offer (and expand the portfolio of cars available to customers) even before the platform was officially launched, while the effective launch among the first corporate clients showed a high conversion rate of car bookings and 100% conversion of the previously difficult onboarding process
Together with the DHL team, we re-modelled the way parcels are shipped to customers with no contract, while providing effective tools to execute sales activities at the e-commerce level. In the first week after the launch, we recorded an increase in sales conversions of over 70%, with subsequent months bringing further improvements, which added up to a significant increase in sales performance. Together we continue to develop the service.
