DHL was faced with the challenge of optimising the parcel redirection process. The main goal was to introduce a solution that would optimise the entire process and be available and convenient to use, especially on mobile devices.

An additional challenge was to redirect part of the parcel service traffic to dedicated DHL Parcel collection points available throughout Poland.

Uxeria’s role was to innovate optimal solutions that would not only improve the customer experience, but also diminish customers’ aversion associated with having to undergo similar processes.
