DHL was faced with the challenge of optimising the parcel redirection process. The main goal was to introduce a solution that would optimise the entire process and be available and convenient to use, especially on mobile devices.
An additional challenge was to redirect part of the parcel service traffic to dedicated DHL Parcel collection points available throughout Poland.

To facilitate the quick redirection of the parcel, the process was configured as much as possible to the mobile version. Thanks to the new enhancements, the user is free to change the reception parameters at any time on any device.
To increase awareness and convenience, we made changes to the information architecture, adding the "Redirect to DHL points" section to the start screen. This solution helped users to change their pickup location quickly and easily.
